HB 2492 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Directs DSHS to file liens, seek adjustment, or otherwise effect recovery for medical assistance correctly paid on behalf of an individual as required by chapter 43.20B RCW and 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1396p.

     Provides for waivers when undue hardship would occur for the beneficiaries of a recipient's estate.

     Repeals RCW 43.20B.140.
