HB 2512 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Includes in eligibility provisions those youths who have been abused and committed a sexually aggressive act, those in custody of a federally recognized Indian tribe, and those who are the subject of a child welfare proceeding.

     Requires tribes to use same or equivalent standards for determining which youth are sexually aggressive and to seek federal funds for treatment.
