HB 2558 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that no action by a public service company in compliance with the requirements of chapter 80.08 RCW, nor actions by the commission in conformance with the chapter, may in any way affect the authority of the commission over rates, service, accounts, valuations, estimates, or determinations of costs.

     Repeals RCW 80.08.045, 80.08.050, 80.08.060, and 80.08.105.

     Specifies information to be furnished to the commission prior to issuance of stocks.

     Repeals RCW 81.08.010, 81.08.050, 81.08.060, and 81.08.105.
