HB 2559 - DIGEST

     Makes it unlawful to collect fossils in designated lands managed by the department without a valid permit.

     Directs the board of natural resources to set fees for the permits.

     Gives similar regulatory authority for lands managed by the parks and recreation commission and the department of fish and wildlife.
