HB 2563 - DIGEST

     Provides local communities with a model curfew ordinance to restrict the hours during which youths may be in public places without adult supervision or authorization.

     Allows courts of limited jurisdiction to exercise concurrent original jurisdiction with the juvenile court for specified offenses.
