HB 2621 - DIGEST

     Requires airports to prepare long-range plans to ensure that future capacity needs can be met and to prepare mitigation plans, including noise mitigation plans, to reduce negative environmental impacts.

     Provides for the establishment of an advisory body to assist in development of the plans.

     Requires sellers of property to disclose that the property is located within a noise-impact area.
