HB 2636 - DIGEST

     Requires pupils to have a satisfactory attendance record, a grade point of 2.25 or higher, and be proficient in math, reading and writing for entry into college courses prior to graduation from high school.

     Restricts the pupils from receiving more than fifteen hours of college quarter credit each quarter.
