     Provides that the duration of community placement shall be five years or the period of earned early release, whichever is longer.

     Authorizes a court to require an offender to continue with a particular treatment program for some or all of the duration of community placement.

     Authorizes a court to impose additional or more restrictive conditions of community placement for sex offenders.
