HB 2720 - DIGEST

     Declares a purpose to increase student learning through the expanded and more productive use of technology.

     Establishes a formula to determine the amount of funds to be granted school districts.

     Requires school districts to match the state grant.

     Makes an appropriation of fifty million dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
