HB 2726 - DIGEST

     Directs the establishment, by January 31, 1995, of a juvenile offender boot camp program with rules for the safe and effective operation of the program, standards for successful program completion, and rules for continued aftercare supervision.

     Requires a minimum one hundred twenty day program.

     Requires the development of a data base to measure recidivism rates.
