HB 2737-S.E - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes the economic development finance authority to develop and conduct a program or programs to provide nonrecourse revenue bond financing for the project costs of no more than five economic development facilities.

     Provides that the authority may not issue any bonds after June 30, 2000.
