HB 2740 - DIGEST

     Prohibits the adoption of regulations requiring that a retractable axle up/down activation switch for a solid waste collection vehicle or a ready-mix mixer truck be located out of reach of the driver's compartment so long as any variable control used to adjust axle loadings by regulating air pressure is out of reach of the driver's compartment.
