HB 2762 - DIGEST

     Provides that, if a rule is recommended for suspension under RCW 34.05.640, the rules review committee shall forward proposed corrective legislation to the legislative committee which initiated the rule-making authority.

     Requires an agency to adopt new rules if a rule is suspended under RCW 34.05.640.
