HB 2804 - DIGEST

     Requires the juvenile's custodial parent, or legal guardian to be made parties to the diversion agreement.

     Specifies the elements to be required by the agreement.

     Provides that a failure to comply with the terms of the agreement constitutes contempt of court and directs punishment of up to seven days in jail and termination of the portion of the parent's grant related to the juvenile offender.
