HB 2807 - DIGEST

     Requires DSHS to develop a facility master plan to meet the department's projected confinement and rehabilitation needs for juvenile offenders beyond the year 1995.

     Requires the development of emergency bed capacity for one hundred fifty additional juveniles.

     Requires the development of an inpatient specialized substance abuse treatment program.
