HB 2825 - DIGEST

     Requires the department of licensing to prepare a written examination to measure proficiency in the safe storage, handling, and use of short firearms.

     Establishes penalty provisions for violations of the act.

     Makes an appropriation of ten thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
