HB 2831 - DIGEST

     Prohibits the sale of alcohol to a person in a school or a school bus or within five hundred feet of a school or school bus stop.

     Makes a violation a misdemeanor offense.

     Prohibits the sale of alcohol within five hundred feet of a church, day care center, youth home, or a facility whose primary service clients are children.

     Makes a violation a gross misdemeanor offense.
