HB 2871 - DIGEST

     Provides a time during a regular legislative session in each odd-numbered year for the house of representatives to request elected officials, agency directors, or other executive branch members to meet with the house members to answer questions regarding the operations of their particular entity.

     Authorizes the adoption of rules establishing procedures for the "question period."
