SB 5011 - DIGEST

     Revises juvenile sentencing standards to provide for substance abuse treatment.

     Revises juvenile sentencing standards for offenses committed with the possession of a deadly weapon.

     Provides a summons procedure to require an appearance by the parent, guardian, or custodian at a juvenile disposition proceeding.

     Authorizes the counties to implement a youth offender discipline program.
