SB 5020.E - DIGEST

     Authorizes law enforcement officers to issue a mandatory repair notice and a traffic citation if repairs are not timely made.

     Prohibits the motorist from driving the vehicle until it is repaired if the defect poses an imminent danger to the driver or others.
