(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Creates the funeral and embalmers account in the custody of the state treasurer.

     Delegates the authority to set fees for licenses, certificates, and regulatory charges under Title 68 RCW, Cemeteries, Morgues, and Remains, to the department of licensing.

     Revises the provisions governing the liability of a crematory which relies on the authorization of the representative of a decedent or the decedent's estate.
