SB 5055 - DIGEST

     Deletes the requirement for disqualification for benefits for individuals whose unemployment was due to a lockout.

     Revises RCW 50.29.020 pertaining to the charging of benefit payments to the experience rating accounts of designated employers.

     Applies retrospectively to all applicable employers and employees as of May 1, 1989.
