     Creates a rebuttable presumption that the court will deny residential time or visitation to an abusive parent.

     Specifies the elements to rebut the presumption which will allow supervised visitations.

     Limits residential time if a parent resides with a person who has engaged in physical, sexual, or emotional abuse of a child.

     Revises the rules for implementation of parenting seminars.
