SB 5063 - DIGEST

     Directs the board of each school district to adopt procedures, including a hearing, for the expulsion for at least thirty days of any student violating the prohibition.

     Provides a misdemeanor penalty for violation of the requirement by any school official.

     Provides for forfeiture of the firearms.
