SB 5119 - DIGEST

     Authorizes a consumer to rescind the purchase or lease of a new or used motor vehicle until midnight of the third business day after the transaction.

     Requires refund of the down payment and trade-in value.

     Requires conspicuous notice of the purchaser's rights.

     Makes violations of the act an unfair or deceptive act in trade or commerce under chapter 19.86 RCW.
