SB 5152 - DIGEST

     Provides incentives to delay the deterioration and demolition of existing low-income housing, to delay the closure of mobile home parks, and to encourage the development of additional low-income housing and mobile home parks.

     Provides that the act shall take effect if the voters approve a constitutional amendment at the next general election.
