SB 5162 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Makes it unlawful to willfully or recklessly interfere with access to or from a health care facility.

     Declares a violation to be a gross misdemeanor offense.

     Authorizes police officers to arrest a person within twenty-four hours of an alleged violation.

     Authorizes civil actions for persons or health care facilities aggrieved by the prohibited actions.

     Directs the state and its political subdivisions to cooperate in enforcing federal and state court injunctions.
