SB 5245 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires samples for analysis to be obtained within two hours of the alleged offense.

     Provides an affirmative defense to a violation of RCW 46.61.502 and 46.61.504 that the person consumed alcohol after the time of actual driving and before the administration of an analysis of blood and breath alcohol tests.
