SB 5252 - DIGEST

     Establishes procedures for the administrative investigation of violations of chapters 64.32 and 64.34 RCW.

     Requires the director of licensing to make and enter findings of fact, serve the findings, and inform the person who is the subject of the complaint that such person may be liable for damages or subject to penalties.
