SB 5259 - DIGEST

     Extends the period for the cities of Seattle, Spokane, and Tacoma to have their employee retirement system included in the coverage of chapter 41.54 RCW to December 31, 1993.

     Requires the cities to agree to pay for the additional cost they may incur as a result of the benefits.
