(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Creates a state department of financial institutions.

     Transfers all powers, duties, and functions of the department of general administration under Titles 30, 31, 32, 33, and 43 RCW to the new department.

     Transfers all powers, duties, and functions of the department of licensing under chapters 19.100, 19.110, 21.20, 21.30, and 48.18A RCW to the new department.

     Repeals RCW 43.19.040, 43.19.100, and 43.19.110.
