SB 5321 - DIGEST

     Creates the gambling and liquor control board.

     Abolishes the gambling commission, the liquor control board, and the horse racing commission and transfers their powers, duties, and functions to the gambling and liquor control board.

     Repeals 9.46.040, 9.46.050, 66.08.012, 66.08.014, 66.08.016, 67.16.012, 67.16.014, and 67.16.017.
