SB 5332-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes the state parks and recreation commission to establish a system of underwater parks to provide for diverse recreational diving opportunities and to conserve and protect unique marine resources of the state.

     Authorizes the charge of an admission fee to offset the costs of creating and administering the system.

     Provides that the commission is not liable for unintentional injuries to users of underwater parks.
