(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Prohibits the encumbrance, sale, or transfer of an interest in a vehicle upon conviction for driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.

     Provides for the seizure of the motor vehicle on a second violation of RCW 46.61.502 or 46.61.504 within a five year period.

     Establishes notice and hearing procedures for a seizure of a motor vehicle.

     Designates the permissible disposition of a seized motor vehicle.

     Repeals RCW 46.61.511, 46.61.512, 46.12.400, and 46.12.410.
