(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Directs the administrator for the courts to develop, by July 1, 1994, a standard petition and order for protection forms.

     Requires the petitions and forms to be translated into the designated foreign languages.

     Requires records of incidents of domestic violence to be submitted to the Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
