SB 5426 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Modifies provisions relating to the issuance of overweight permits for trucks and the amount, collection, and distribution of fees for the issuance of permits.

     Removes authority of a city or county to issue additional tonnage permits.

     Repeals RCW 46.44.160.
