SB 5440 - DIGEST

     Provides for the promulgation of health and safety standards to assure that no employee will suffer reproductive disorders, or adverse pregnancy outcomes due to exposure to hazards in the workplace.

     Directs the state poison control network centers to include information about reproductive hazards of the substances for which the center provides information.

     Prohibits discrimination against employees because of their reproductive status.

     Prescribes permitted information gathering and reporting procedures regarding reproductive disorders.
