SB 5446 - DIGEST

     Makes a declaration of policy for the wildlife violator compact.

     Defines terms.

     Designates procedures for issuing citations for a wildlife violation.

     Declares that all party states shall recognize the suspension of license privileges of any person by any state as if the violation had occurred in their state.

     Establishes a board of compact administrators to serve as a governing body for the resolution of matters pertaining to the compact.

     Designates procedures for entry into and withdrawal from the compact.
