SB 5513 - DIGEST

     Directs the department to establish a coordinated children's long-term care policy incorporating a continuum of family support options based on the individual needs and choices of the special needs child and his or her family.

     Directs the legislative budget committee to conduct an independent evaluation of short and long-term residential care options for medically fragile children.
