SB 5529 - DIGEST

     Establishes fees for filing an application to appropriate public water.

     Prohibits action of the application until the fee is paid in full.

     Directs the department to make a good faith effort to expedite the action on water right applications.

     Requires the department to file a report by November of each even-numbered year showing fees collected, expenses incurred, and anticipated expenses.
