SB 5538 - DIGEST

     Prohibits discrimination against families with children and against persons with disabilities.

     Grants jurisdiction to the superior courts to enjoin unfair practices in violation of RCW 49.60.222 through 49.60.225.

     Makes it an unlawful practice to interfere with any person exercising their rights regarding real estate transactions.

     Revises penalty provisions for violations of the act.

     Authorizes civil actions to enforce the provisions of the act.
