(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Requires notation on the driver's license that the holder has a concealed pistol license or has had a concealed pistol license revoked.

     Makes it a misdemeanor offense to fail to present a driver's license to the department to have the appropriate notations affixed.

     Requires a notice of renewal to be sent to licensees.
