SB 5568 - DIGEST

(AS OF SENATE 2ND READING 3/17/93)

     Provides that a rule adopted by the designated agencies is not effective for more than five years after its adoption if it subjects a person to a penalty or administrative sanction.

     Provides that rules in effect on the effective date of the act will not be maintained for more than three years.

     Authorizes readoption pursuant to the provisions of chapter 34.05 RCW.
