SB 5582 - DIGEST

     Provides that it is a misdemeanor offense to enter or attempt to enter a judge's chamber or courtroom with a firearm.

     Authorizes confiscation and forfeiture of the firearm.

     Authorizes local governments to issue regulations restricting firearms in court facilities.
