SB 5618 - DIGEST

     Establishes a program to implement the recommendations of the high-speed ground transportation steering committee report dated October 15, 1992.

     Designates the goals of the program.

     Provides for incremental upgrading of the existing service.

     Makes an appropriation of two million five hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
