SB 5771 - DIGEST

     Directs the secretary of state and the director of the office of financial management to jointly establish a schedule of fees and charges governing the public archives and records management services provided to local government agencies by the secretary of state.

     Provides for assessment of fees for each county and city and authorizes those entities to levy surcharges on fees to generate the necessary extra revenue.
