SB 5798 - DIGEST

     Deletes references to the building code council.

     Delegates the responsibility for administration of rules adopted by the council to the department of community development.

     Repeals RCW 19.27.035, 19.27.070, 19.27.074, 19.27.078, 19.27.085, 19.27.160, 19.27.175, 19.27A.050, and 70.162.030.
