SB 5853 - DIGEST

     Allows recipients of aid to families with dependent children to exempt savings accounts with balances up to an additional one thousand five hundred dollars.

     Directs the immediate implementation of designated policy changes.

     Designates the development of a new aid to families with dependent children program based on listed parameters.

     Requires a pilot project to include approximately twenty thousand participants to implement the new program.

     Develops a pilot project to provide child care for those individuals receiving education and training.
