SB 5857 - DIGEST

     Requires owners of food service establishments to maintain, in a location accessible to employees, an adequate supply of single-service food service gloves and requires the employees to use the gloves in handling food.

     Requires all persons to be tested for hepatitis A and B and tuberculosis before issuance of a food handler's permit.
