     Authorizes the secretary of health to determine the scope of practice of a health profession and to make changes in the level of credentialing of a health profession.

     Authorizes the secretary, in consultation with licensing boards and advisory committees, to establish additional training and education requirements.

     Requires the development of uniform standards and sanctions for the discipline of health professionals.

     Covers the cost of disciplinary actions by a surcharge on license applications and renewals.

     Makes technical changes to the health profession practice acts.

     Provides for application of the uniform disciplinary act to additional professions.

     Repeals RCW 43.131.337 and 41.131.338.

     Repeals various provisions of Title 18 RCW.
